TouringCR is a free referral concierge for Costa Rica. These terms explain what we do, what we don't do, and how that affects you.
1. Who we are
TouringCR is an online concierge and referral service for travel in Costa Rica. We connect travelers with independent local providers: tour operators, hosts of vacation homes, transport companies and car rental companies.
We are not the seller, organizer or operator of any tour, stay, transfer or rental you find through us.
Some homes listed on the site are managed by an affiliated local property-management team, which acts as the host and sets its own conditions.
2. How it works
You browse the site, talk to our concierge, or message us on WhatsApp or email. We pass your request to the relevant provider. The provider confirms availability, the final price and its terms, and you book directly with that provider.
3. Booking and payment
Your booking is a contract between you and the provider. The provider sets its own conditions and charges you directly, under its own payment terms.
TouringCR does not take payment, does not hold your money and does not issue refunds.
4. Our fee
Using TouringCR is free for travelers. We receive a referral commission from the provider when you book with them. This does not add to the price the provider charges you.
5. Prices and information
We work hard to keep descriptions, photos, schedules and prices accurate, but we cannot guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free. Prices shown on TouringCR are indicative: the price confirmed by the provider when you book is the one that applies.
Availability can change at any time and is only confirmed by the provider.
6. Cancellations and changes

7. Provider services and liability
Tours, stays, transport and rentals are provided by independent providers, not by TouringCR. To the maximum extent permitted, TouringCR is not liable for the services, acts or omissions of providers, or for injury, loss, damage, delay or cost arising from them.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded. You are responsible for your own travel documents, health, fitness for the activities you choose and appropriate travel insurance.
8. Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and do not misuse it (for example by scraping it, overloading it or trying to access areas you are not meant to). The site's design, texts and brand belong to TouringCR or its content providers.
9. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or use third-party services (for example WhatsApp, email, maps or sign-in providers). Their own terms and privacy practices apply to those services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and the courts of Costa Rica have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
