These terms apply to your use of the TouringCR website (the "Site"), operated by Jair Villarreal, doing business as TouringCR, Costa Rica.
Current status
The Site is a coming-soon page. It does not currently offer bookings, sales or payments, and nothing on it is an offer or a binding quotation.
Future services
When TouringCR launches, tours, stays, transport and rental cars will be provided by independent third-party suppliers. Specific booking, payment and cancellation conditions will be shown before you confirm any reservation and will form part of the terms for that service.
Content
The Site's content, name and logo belong to TouringCR and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Costa Rica.
